Athlete Workouts - Checkout the awesome new arm workout shots of dazzling Darrem Charles. These were taken a couple of weeks out from the 2005 Mr. Olympia and Darrem was in great shape! (Lately Darrem has failed to bring his signature condition to the stage, playing the "bigger is everything" - game the current IFBB rule-book seems to forced on the athletes. He slipped to 10th at the 2010 Tampa Pro). Hopefully we will get to see the longest-competing IFBB Pro go back to what made him the famous Pro he is - a razor sharp condition!
