October 9, 2004, Atlanta, GA: Whenever there is talk about the best biceps in Bodybuilding (history) people usually forget Darrem Charles, who was runner-up here at the 2004 GNC Show of Strength (probably in the best shape of his career). But Darrem`s biceps are out of this world and should be ranked in the top ten of all time for sure.
